Campaign for a Democratic Upper House

The Campaign for a Democratic Upper House (CDUH) comprises solely of Labour Party members. The Campaign believes that Labour should support a second chamber at least half of whose members are elected. The Campaign also believes that any appointed members should be chosen by an Appointments Commission, rather than through Prime Ministerial patronage.
